ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in the food industry, where my brother and I owned and operated Zaxby’s and Blaze Pizza locations. That experience gave me a strong entrepreneurial background and taught me firsthand what it takes to build a business, lead a team, and work toward ambitious goals.
I’m a proud Ole Miss graduate and also a licensed attorney. Outside of work, I’m a big sports fan and enjoy reading and learning about history.
Our agency offers licensing reimbursement, paid holidays, and flexibility to help support work-life balance. We also close at 4:00 p.m. on Fridays, giving our team an early start to the weekend.
We’re a younger, growing office that likes to have fun but also knows how to work hard and get the job done. We believe in being productive, reaching our goals, and then turning the lights off and enjoying life outside of work. I’m looking for someone who is competitive, trustworthy, team-oriented, and motivated by goals. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
